Sydney Beem

Vice President of Business Services Group

Ms. Beem is a retired Navy Captain (O-6) with 15 years active duty and 12 years reserve
experience serving with Navy training, aviation, submarine and surface commands, and Joint
experience with Joint Forces Command, European Command, NATO, and recruiting. Ms. Beem
holds a B.A. in English from Drake University and is a graduate of the Naval War College, Joint
Forces Staff College, graduate-level education certification and license program, and Villanova
University’s Government and Commercial Contract Specialist. She has military specialist
certifications in Joint Operations, Joint Intelligence, Joint Logistics, and Manpower and Training
Analysis. Her experience includes successfully growing and managing over $100 million in
classified government service contracts. Ms. Beem is also the Linxx ISO 9001 Quality Manager
and contracts specialist.
