Training Services
Linxx delivers the full spectrum of human developmental experience. We use qualified education and training professionals to teach existing programs of instruction, or develop new curriculum and materials to meet our customer’s specific needs. We design, manage and resource small to large scale realistic training exercises. Linxx works side by side with our customers to analyze their needs, identify gaps, and create solutions that meet their stated requirements in a way that supports their schedule, their budget, and their mission.
Security Services
Linxx provides comprehensive security consulting, security assessments, security training and direct security services support for the DoD, all federal agencies, and large U.S. corporations. We have extensive past performance successfully delivering security and force protection services to include: provider of the U.S. Navy’s counter-piracy training since 2006, ITAR sensitive inventory control in support of U.S. Army GWOT aviation initiatives, security assessment support for the 2004 Athens Olympics, maritime force protection security services for BAE Systems, and several significant commercial client contracts worldwide. Linxx employs a comprehensive client requirements process approach that allows us to quickly target key challenges. Our offerings can be holistic and purchased turn-key or selected as needed.
Professional Services
Linxx is first and foremost a solutions provider. We assist in unique technical support areas such as RDT&E and modeling and simulation. We also solve difficult personnel staffing challenges by recruiting, screening, and training a wide range of professional talent. We leverage internal processes that include recruiting software and talent database management tools to seek out and find the best personnel for our customers. We are adept at preparing selected personnel for their contract support assignments. Our program management team ensures each person is qualified to execute the required task and is a good fit for the customer’s organization.
